Outcast Trading mod needs money to work

I like the idea of outcast trading, money instead of goods and more items to sell. HOWEVER, Casdin needs a LOT more money to make this system work, like 30,000 caps which regenerate with every transaction. Well maintained energy weapons aren't cheap, and if he's a vendor of a select variety, instead of buying all crap I put in front of him, he needs to other advantages.
