Opps! Started in New Vegas.

So I was reading through the FAQ (Naturally after I successfully installed TTW, opps) and realized it was supposed to start in FO3's game world. My question is will this have any lasting repercussions? I personally don't care as my custom modded base of operations is in FNV but I was wondering if there would be any glitches down the road because of this.

Probably, use the plugin that's designed to allow you to start in the wasteland of your choice. You probably forgot the ini edits if you installed manually, or used NMM.
