TTW Not recognizing Fallout 3 esm's

Hey friends,

I'm having some issues with my installation of TTW. After following the installation instructions, I noticed that the fallout 3 esm's were missing from the right panel. I have fallout 3 installed, fresh ini's created, and the root folder was automatically selected when TTW's installer was finishing.
Some things to note:
1. no matter what, I can't seem to get fallout 3 goty to launch on its own either. This would be my first time even booting up the game (outside of making fresh ini's for the ttw install). I have no idea if this is because of TTW or if it's some bigger issue all together.
2. The mod folder created on step 4 of the TTW section of the install guide had me create it under my user on my C drive while all of the game files are on my D drive. I don't know if this would cause an issue, but I wanted to put it on here in case it was an issue.

Any info is appreciated. I apologize for also posting a similar question under modding, as I didn't realize that there was a tech support section for the forums.

Isnt it a latest update to F3 exe that remove GWL function that cause all the bugs? That the gamers need to get back the previous version. It might be that because you install the very latest F3 (that was updated this year or last year) that you get all this trouble.

My 1st thought would be uninstall F3, reinstall some older version, and follow precisely the guide. Dont do different HD etc because you will ignore ONE single step, ONE single instruction and there goes your session~

If the HD doesnt have enough space, move other content elsewhere~ Dont do 2 different HD~

I had an issue like this. in the mod manager select the tale of two wastelands mod, then you should see all of the .esm.
