My Game Keeps Crashing When Entering Vault 22!

I've downloaded TTW using the best of times and wasteland survival guide, and have played about 70 hours without any problems.

When entering vault 22 for the first time for the There Stands the Grass quest I crashed. I loaded TTW back up, but it kept crashing, so I went through MO and started disabling all non-essential mods to TTW and still nothing. I ended up going to my default profile (no mods) on MO and I managed to get into vault 22 with no problems.

I did also use the GECK editor on TTW to duplicate the ranger outfit and create my own version with different stats.
