Crashing on Who Dare Wins

After I blow up adams air force mobile base, I enter the vertibird and land on the citadel, right before the cut scene with Elder Lyons the game crashes, I never got a crash on the TTW.

Tried to load a save 3 times and 3 times it crashes.

Any clue to how to fix it?
I'm using Gopher's Collections.

As I didn't got any response here, I managed to "Fix" it by myself.
Ran: completequest DLC03BS3 then coc MegatonPlayerHouse
Then fast travel to the Citadel and talked to Elder Lyons, it didn't crashed.
