Forgive me if I am doing something wrong, I haven't used a forum in many a moon.
Also worth noting, I haven't been on the technical side of these games in years, my knowledge stems from Skyrim/Fo4.
Alright, so, this is a rather.. strange problem I seem to be having.
I installed TTW yesterday, originally I had skipped over the reinstalling portion of the guide and just moved them to a dedicated library because I didn't want to have to redownload them due to bad connection in my area.
Other than that, I had followed the instructions in The Best of Times to the letter, the only other deviation was changing bFull Screen=0 with the intention of installing OneTweak later on.
Everything launches, loads, and runs fine, however I stopped in my tracks when I quickly discovered that damaging any actor almost instantly causes the game to crash.
It didn't seem to matter who, or what actor it was, be it punching Victor in the Mojave or shooting the radroach in vault 101 (Note, shooting the targets doesn't cause the crash).
At first, I figured it must have been because I knowingly had ignored several steps in the guide, so I reverted everything, removed my MO2 instance and tried again.
The second time around, I followed everything exactly as it was written, I even kept bFull Screen=1.
Despite this, the problem persists, I can replicate it exactly the same, it doesn't matter if I punch it, use a gun, use explosives, whether they're hostile or not, or human or not; It's entirely indiscriminate.
I have the hotfix, xNVSE v6.2.9, ROOGNVSE v3.3.2, JIP LN v56.76, JohnnyGuitar v4.85, Crash logger v3.0, NVTF, IStewieAI's tweaks and the menu config, FNV mod limit fix, kNVSE v20, Console paste support, ShowOff xNVSE v1.51, and UIO.
I have also done the 4GB patch.
Poking in the CobbCrashlog, I have noticed it crashes with: Exception C0000417 caught!
I would post the entire calltrace, but I am unsure how to use spoilers, if there are any on this forum, or really any way to compact it so it isn't a giant wall of text.
Instead, I have put the entire log onto pastebin, here: https://pastebin.com/rQS4gdv4
In case it is relevant, I am on a Windows 10 system running Version 21H1.
My system is also full AMD, I note this as I am aware hardware causes weird issues in these games at times.

Re: Near instant crash when damaging an actor
lacking VC++ runtimes required, you need x86 versions, doesn't matter if your OS is x64.
