Removing previous operation ADD for Task on Navmesh

Hello there,
short question about thread title. I see this popping up in my fallout_error.log with all kinds of different numbers

Removing previous operation ADD for Task on Navmesh 0x<numbers> (srcptr = 0x00000000)

from time to time. Doesn't really seem to hurt my game, but I still would like to know what exactly is causing this, and if there is a known cause, is it possible to fix it with the GECK?
