Full Cowboy and Grunt lists?

Sorry if there is somewhere easy I could find this, googling hasn't brought me any luck.

I was looking for explicit lists of all items included in each list, I suppose specifically for the ripper as it is sort of a military knife thing but the only thing explicitly mentioned in the perk description is the combat knife.
