Not even a similar mechanic, as far as I am concerned that is already attained by having the Legion Ears and NCR Dogtags. There is nothing wrong with having the good/evil turn-in quest in DC and nowhere else.
I guess my mind has changed since I last posted here.
It would appear so, that's where I was going off :P Karma seems to matter a lot more in DC anyway - it was almost impossible to be neutral/evil in NV. Something I'm frustrated at, because I always viewed my Courier/LW as a fairly neutral bloke.
