Megaton schedules package not working

Megaton plaza, leo stahl stand outside wont go to brass.lantern or water plant. No customers inside. Anyone have that bug?

Possibly some mods messing with them packages under the hood... :(

Furthermore, sarah lyons move to citadel after gnr plaza battle without moving inside the building.
