TTW and ILO

I know that ILO - Tale of Two Wastelands.esp has been incompatible since v3.2. But what does that mean exactly? Will my game blow up or will some areas not look as intended? The reason I ask is that I may try to fix it. But I was hoping for general info as to what exactly the issue was. Thanks.

Totally and completely incompatible, but you could maybe fix it with a lot of work.

Now, I'm not 100% certain, but I believe ILO is more-or-less a manual edit of every cell and imagespace in New Vegas. So it probably doesn't have anything set up for TTW, and never will, since the mod hasn't been updated for 7 years.

Exactly. The patch itself doesn't seem to do much. Seems to only affect train stations that go between Freeside and the Capital, the trains, and The Pitt DLC start. So while I am sure Roy is right, it is now incompatible since v3.2, the main issue is that it is largely incomplete. Oh, well. Maybe the mythical Sarge version will surface some day.................

Of course I know it. Just doesn’t look as good as ILO. Still may wind up using it, due to lack of options.
