Tried to get the beta tesla cannon today, but not only was the layout out of bounds different but it seems like the cannon was completely removed.
I guess I can understand why it would be removed, but it just feels off.

You can still get it using the console command.

Thanks for the reply, though it does feel jarring that it was removed. I was still able to get out of bounds with a combination of the 5mm stairs and the quicksave/load exploit.
It's weird how the removal of a beta weapon from a out of bounds area is what felt the most wrong to me.

Exploits are not intended to be in the game, if you want to cheat, just cheat.
