Anyone know if the "WWP" series of weapon mods are compatible with TTW?

Anyone know if the "WWP" series of weapon mods are compatible with TTW?
They're by "anonx1987" and they seem to be a straight "high-def" mesh replacement, no extra guff.

Ehh... so I only looked at two of them, and of the two only one had a patch for TTW.
So what would I need to do to make the others compatible with TTW? They all seem to use scripts to change the model.
