Should TTW Require ALL DLC

I think all DLC should be required, however, giving the player all those NV DLC weapons upon starting a new game was a horrible design decision, and if possible I think it would be good to change how that happens.

You now get a choice of which or, how many Pre-order packs you want after finishing the tutorial. You can choose one, all, none or, any combination of them.

the couriers stash has ben integrated but you now have a choice to use them or not.
