I would rather Courier's Stash not get patched or merged. There are many different ways you could go about adding the items, and no one method will satisfy everyone. Plus merging couriers stash just causes mods with CS patches to crash, which leads to people complaining and whining, because "you" crashed their game.
Should TTW Require ALL DLC

Only for Fo3 DLC I suggest.
Only for Fo3 DLC I suggest. The merged DLC method makes every NV DLC related mods and compatibility patches unable. Plus, tons of people have issue with Couriers Stash that main NV file load them automatically even they are off in load order.

Another vote for all with an option to go with CS. CS is somewhat (as in totally) redundant if you play with AWOP, which in my books is a must.

I'm against having courier's stash be an option. I think the goal should be to make a perfect game and to do that the final .esp/.esm whatever needs to have the updated form lists and uses for all DLC. For example weapon related lists have to include courier's stash weapons, and maybe even the mod would use couriers stash resources in other ways. To make it optional we would have to put a lot of work into removing aspects of the mod for the non-couriers stash version that would be better off somewhere else. I don't see anything wrong with having the mod disable the DLC messages or at least just the courier's stash ones so that there is no reason at all to use other mods for that. Know what I mean?

Some Fo3 DLC is rather useless, but ones like Point Lookout & Broken Steel (which actually present decent additions) should definitely be required.

It needs the main ones. The equipment mods should be optional as not everyone wants to take up space in thier load order with these when there are so many great mods out there. I am going to use em personally, but I see where people are coming from. Load order is going to be a big thing between these two.

I think you may be on to something here man. I saw on another page that there was a debate on whether or not to bring weapons over from NV to FO3. I am personally against this as it gives you more reason to play both games if the items are unique to that area. Think about it, that's the way its been for the DLCs, why switch it? But if you want to bring something over to FO3, I vote for distributing the Couriers Stash across DC. This bring over a decent amount of items, and no one is complaining about starting armed to the teeth.

I personally vote for all DLC
I personally vote for all DLC, no exceptions to give the best integration. For most of the DLC, if people don't like it, don't play it and give options in game for how you receive the weapon packs (if at all).
