Realistic Weapon Damage Bug

RWD seems to not be working in the Capital Wasteland for me, and BLEED unfortunately doesn't seem very fun. Any suggestions for fixes, like maybe what .ini line I could edit myself?

RWD is not compatible with TTW and broken in NV too.

Try BLEEDLESS

I had jumped to negative conclusions based on some negative stuff said about BLEED elsewhere, but gave it a good 4 hours of play and actually fell in love. Great mod!
