TTW 3.3 iPerkperlevel Records
I use Stewiel's engine fix mod and one of the settings I can change is Iperkperlevel which is a setting that allows you to have a perk choice every level or 2 levels etc. With TTW 3.3 it overides the setting for this I would like to change this, should I use Geck or xedit? or can someone make a patch for it?
