[SOLVED] Harland's side objective doesn't appear

Hello, i would like to see if there is something i'm doing wrong or if it is just a "new vegas being new vegas"

So, i start Come fly with me, i go to Jason bright and all, go to the basement of REPCONN, find Harland in order to get a mostly "Pacifisct goody two shoes" approach, not wanting to kill the nightkins and getting the ghouls i can to board the ship and all

But harland doesn't have the option to talk about his crush and go check on her, i went to the wikis and, yeah, is a bug that happens if you were to talk to him without talking to Jason, but i have re loaded multiple saved before even entering REPCONN, and i always go to Jason first to get the key to the basement proper

i know i could just kill him and all or just kill the nightkins but, it's something that's bothering me a bit

I don't have that many extra mods added due to me wanting a mostly clean install, just some that i got from the recommended list, but in any case it is needed here it is

Remove Asterra's many fixes.Not needed and I'm pretty sure it isnt even compatible.
