Convert YUP Master to YUPTTW Master

Let's say I have a plugin that has regular FNV's YUP as a master. Is there any way I can quickly convert it to TTW's YUP (YUPTTW.esm)?

You can fix it in xEdit, you just need a dummy YUP.esm so you can load it up.
