Stuck at "cutscenes".
another bug, most of my "cutscenes" I get stuck, npcs won't start the conversation. So it looks like we are just standing there and I can't move. "enableplayercontrols" doenst work too, npc won't talk after.

See my reply in your other thread. You're using broken mods. You need to post a load order if you want help figuring out what mods are breaking your game.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
