Help with rl-3

I've seen older posts about this, but I have an issue in regards to RL-3 being unable to hire, even with my karma at the correct amount and with the charisma bobblehead. If anyone has an idea of how to fix this, please let me know.

Make sure you have the lastest JIP LN and xNVSE installed.

And it's almost certain a mod issue. You have a number of mods targeting YUP, and I doubt those work properly with TTWYUP... and I noticed you actually have YUP in there. You CANNOT use YUP with TTW. There's a TTWYUP installed by one of the updates. Only that can be used. Get rid of YUP and any other mods targeting YUP.

You should probably be using Just Sprint for NV instead of the old Sprint Mod and the old TTW_Sprint patch. You've got EVE in there, and it's not compatible. And FO3 Sounds and Voices Restored? Sounds like a TTW2.9.x mod.

Like I said, it's clearly a mod problem. You really need to trim your list. Nothing from TTW 2.x. No YUP or YUP related. No EVE. Go read the threads on compatible and incompatible mods... live it! Love it!
