The drop option is no longer working. I did not install any mods or do anything different then it was before.
I am on 3.2.2
Edit: Fixed it. Had to open through NVSE loader.

You should never have to open through NVSE, 4GB patch must not have been installed correctly or you didn't update xNVSE and put it in the games root folder manually.
