Crashing and freezing around water

hey i am looking for help my game keeps crashing and freezing around water
the places i have it constent are around the broken part of rivet city, lake mead, Colorado River, and zion so far
my game and ttw are up to date install was clean and had all the requirements
this is my load order

Remove Brave New World. Not compatible. And only use ONE of the TTW dialogue mod's,not both.

must have miss clicked that second ttw dialog it should not have been active
as for brave new world i thought it was compatible still the water crashing happend before i started using that mod

I've been having this same issue recently as well, I reinstalled TTW and it started happening then, I didn't have the water crash before I reinstalled TTW and my mods

I had problems with game crashing near water close to Arefu.

Installed the newest versions of N/J plugins. No crashes so far.
