is there some other way to download the install program im having problems with the servers its just keep download to or 20% or 55% or 9% and then types cant download because of the connection

Try using a different mirror. All mirrors (N.America, Europe and Asia) have the same TTW installer in them.

i tried that alreadt from all the mirriors the updates i downloaded with no problems but the instalater it self i just cant i need a google disk link or torrent or something idk

Only thing I can suggest is to try using a download manager.
If the download breaks, download managers usually allow to resume it again from where it broke.
