There is a Notification that says some Plugins failed to load... This is what it says...

You have one or more script extender plugins which failed to load!

If you want this notification to go away, here are some steps you can take:
• Look for updates to the mod or the specific plugin included in the mod.
• Disable the mod containing the plugin.
• Hide or delete the plugin from the mod.

To refresh the script extender logs, you will need to run the game and/or editor again!

The failed plugins are:
• Mod Limit Fix version 2 (mod_limit_fix.dll, FNVModLimitFix) reported as incompatible during query.
• ttw_nvse version 1 (ttw_nvse.dll, data) reported as incompatible during query.

NVSE plugin failing to load sounds like maybe your NVSE version doesn't support the plugins (or vice versa). Make sure you have xNVSE (current version at this moment is 6.0.9). This is NOT the same as NVSE 5.1.4 which is on nvse.silverlock.org. NVSE is outdated and replaced by xNVSE is linked from there, but it's on Github. Check your nvse.log in the fnv folder for errors. And right click on the nvse_1_4.dll, properties, details tab to check your version number.

xNVSE: https://github.com/xNVSE/NVSE/releases

Make sure you also have the Visual C++ 2015-19 x86 Redistributable:
https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

Your load order has a few issues and I don't want to check every single thing, but at a glance...
FalloutNV_lang.esp <-- what language are you using? TTW 3.x only actually supports English at this time
MCLLPPLL100.esp <-- this can (and should probably) be done with Stewie's tweaks and ini files.
S420EssentialCompanions.esp <-- this would be better done with JIP CC&C
Limitless Stats.esp <-- this has some reported crashes, I'd really try getting your game working before trying this later
XtraSpecialNV - MCM.esp <-- this does part of the same thing as above, I think? Shouldn't have both... but I think they both might be problematic.

Hey, thanks for getting back with me. Sorry it took so long to reply... I was sleeping and then I was busy, lol.

I actually did get it to load up the other day, after fiddling with the Load Order and removing some things... but I do have another in Game problem, but it is probably caused by another Mod, with the way it works.

I checked my Browser History, and looks like I did get the xNVSE from Silverlock... probably followed a Nexus Link to get to it... however, it does say it's 6.0.9, but I will replace it with the Github one anyway just in case.

Already have the Visual C++, so that shouldn't be a problem.

The Fallout Language one came with either the Base Game or TTW, so I just thought I needed it... but I totes only use English.

Yeah, I only got the Stewie's Tweaks because it was a requirement for another Mod or two... I did read something in the Description about be able to go into it and change stuff... but I didn't want to mess anything up that way so I decided just to have it on there because it's required, lol.

Yes, JIP CC&C does allow the Companions to be Essential, however I also wanted the Caravans to be Essential, (so Tinker Joe will have no chance of dying before I can get Sargent RL-3, lol,) and the Essential Companions is a requirement for the Essential Caravans... so that's why that is there.

Limitless Stats seems to work for me, and the Xtra Special goes in tandem with the Limitless Stats. Limitless Stats allows you to gain Stats and Skills above the Max and the Xtra Special makes it so Stats and Skills above the Max actually do something, and can set them for other effects as well. Neither has been a problem for me yet.

But... could you tell me how to work Stewie's Tweaks?? I decided to try to use it and watched a Video explaining how to... but I still can't get it to work... when I open the INI File with Notepad, it always says, "New options are generated when the game is launched," but I have launched the Game before... so I don't understand how to make the options to appear... wish it just worked with the Mod Configuration Menu... that's just so much easier... :/
