Howdy. Asking about what's needed to run Mod smoothly??
Howdy do. (Wasn't sure where to put this, so though the General Discussion was the safest bet.)
I am new here but I loved Fallout 3 and New Vegas back when I was able to play them so long ago, (lol.) Well, here in the good ol' US of A, I am supposed to be getting a Stimulus soon, (an amount of $1,400,) and I basically just learned about this incredible Mod and since I already plan to get a better PC, (in order to work on my own Video Game Project,) I figured I'd Sign Up here and ask anyone here about what it would take to be able to run this Mod smoothly... (I already know the bare basics, that I will need Legit Copies of both Fallout 3 and New Vegas and a PC capable of running them,) but not quite sure about running this Mod smoothly. I am concerned mainly about what Specs are optimal and about Price... (as in, would it even be possible with only $1,400 to spend, lol.) I am admittedly, not very Tech Savvy, so as much detail and as many specifics about what I would need would totes be appreciated.
Please and thank you for your help. Bless you and the Mod Creators.

New Vegas is a game from 2010. It's designed to run better on hardware from 2010.
You don't need all this RTX or i9 business. That's my 2¢.

Basically what Bob said. It will run well on something like 3400G without even needing a dedicated GPU.

Thanks.
Been looking at Gaming Computers and I'm confused by all the Specs. I want to make sure I get a Computer that can run this (and other Games) as well work for me making my own Game (I hope, lol.)
How much RAM would be best do you think?? I been looking at 32GB RAM Computers... but some YouTube Guy said 16GB would be enough for most any Game... I don't just want to buy 16GB and it not be enough, (lol,) so what do you Guys think??
And I been looking at Computers with 1TB Hard Drives... is this too much??
Please and thank you for all your help.

Yes, I agree. I saw a YouTube Video explaining the difference between GTX and RTX and I'll take the cheaper one, as I don't need those extra bells and whistles that only work for very very few Games, lol.

Low-to-mid range CPU from AMD.Outdated by now, but it has rather good integrated graphics(which most AMD CPUs lack).

Thanks. I did get my Computer, and it runs TTW just fine, so I'm happy.Keats wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 8:24 pmhttps://www.amd.com/en/products/apu/amd-ryzen-5-3400g
