hi I was thinking i know their are some mods that can add hurger, Thirst, and umm need for sleep. i know their in the base game but i was wondering is their a mod that add those elements without the need for hardcore i was just wondering if their is such a old mod to add thoses elements lol

There is literally no need for something like that when New Vegas has it by default. If there's things in hardcore mode you dont want,it can get modded out.
