EVE TTW Patch can't access

I was looking for some patches to have it TTW compatible but I couldn't access the site for the EVE TTW patch. I have been trying and failing to open the damn link. Does anyone know how I could get the DL?

2.x mods are not compatible with TTW 3.x

All those mods are long gone.
