I am having a glitch where everytime an NPC tells me something out of dialogue, like "Hey." or "Hey there." or something, the subtitles hang for a couple of seconds on screen, and no voice sound plays. This also happens with creature NPCs, like Brahmin for example.
I was losing my mind trying to figure out how to fix, until I discovered something: on my end, it's 100% caused by YUPTTW.esm, because having it disabled makes the glitch NOT occur. Some characters also had a duplicate Goodbye dialogue topic, which just makes them say "Bye." without any voice playing or their lips even moving, but selecting the supposedly correct Goodbye option plays it fine. After disabling YUPTTW.esm, this is gone as well, only one Goodbye option, and working like it's supposed to. Well, can I fix this with FNVEdit by myself?

Re: TTW Greeting and Goodbye Glitch
Its more than that, it's bugs in NV itself, obsidian was stupid and used black lists on voicetypes instead of white lists, it's fixed in 3.3 but that's delayed.
