I am at my wits end! I keep getting this specific error and I can't find a fix for it. I have done a clean install of both FO3 GOTY and FNV Ultimate Edition, and this is the first time I have downloaded TTW, but when I launch both installers I keep getting this error. If anyone has a fix I would greatly appreciate it.
"The procedure entry point call_xd3_decode_memory could not be located in the dynamic library C:\Users\User\Desktop\TTW Storage\TTW Install.exe"
