My game keeps crashing loading the Tranquility Lounge, so I'm stuck in the fallout 3 story. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Crashes in Tranquility Lane are usually caused by custom races mods, pipboy replacer mods or specific computer hardware (some AMD hardware causes the crash

If you're using AMD hardware, you can try the old fix that Chucksteel made. Get it from the "TL - Oasis crash fix" thread:
