Old World Blues Sink Ciu Crash

Checked on an earlier forum post with the same issue tried solutions listed (manual or Mo2 install of JIPLN NVSE) and neither worked CIU still crashes the game after leaving conversation with him every time game is bricked and i cannot continue please help
