Game Crashes Upon Entering the Jefferson Memorial, Fast Travelling to Rivet City

As the title says whenever I click to open the door to project purity the came crashes to desktop. If I fast travel to Rivet City or Anacostia crossing it also crashes. I attempted to just walk from the Jefferson memorial but once I got somewhat close to Rivet City it crashed as well. I don't have any mods on except for those required for TTW. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Caused by a mod.
