Hi, this is my first post here!
Just wanted to say I really like the mod, TTW is a very cool mod!
however, I am having a lot of issues with it! I have installed a Steam version of Fallout 3 and New Vegas, followed all instructions and have zero mods besides tale of two wastelands. I have NVAC, the latest JIP, and latest NVSE and I am having issues loading the game. When I launch it without NVAC, the game crashes immediately. When I launch with NVAC, I get an infinite loading screen. I ran the game through FNVEdit and I learned nothing. It acted as if the game was fine. I deleted my ini files and tried again. Same issue.
I don't know whats happening. Please help!

Are you using a mod manager? If you're not, then you need to go to your new vegas launcher and pick the "DATA FILES" option:
