I CANT LEAVE DC
I can only buy a train ticket using Prewar Money. The ticket i purchase is from NV to DC. It will not allow the train to leave from DC saying I need to buy a ticket to NV first. I have been able to transit to-and-from in a previous play-through, but I cant know for some reason.
