Unable to Install or Run TTW

I followed the instructions, minus that I didn't use MO as I'm not modding anything else, installed the main TW files directly to NV. Installed latest NVSE. Attempting to load the game via any of the launchers brings up the black screen like its loading, then instantly CTDs. Unable to install the 3.2 to 3.2.1 update either, it says Fallout- Meshes.bsa doesn't exist. Yes I'm running it as an administrator.
