Is there any way to add weapons to leveled lists ?

Is there any way to add weapons to leveled lists without breaking the game or something ? Because i'm using "tammer's weapon pack" right now and everything is good, but the problem is, when in DC, the weapons can only be found in shops, not with raiders/settlers/guards etc. So is there anyway to add weapons from the mod list to the leveled lists of DC ?

It's general advice for custom weapons. Many fine weapons are released on the nexus that only appear in one specific place in the mod, like a safe in The Tops. Using FNVEdit allows you to do things, like place them in DC in places, add them to different form lists for raiders or enclave or bos, tweak the damage a little, all sorts of things.
