Best tool for load order sorting?

Is there a tool I should use for sorting my Load order? Is it better to use BOSS or LOOT or should I do it all manually?

You should do it manually. BOSS is ancient and LOOT is wrong a lot of the time.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.

Also don't use the automated merge patch feature in xEdit or the Bash Patch function in WryeBash. Those miss things and can cause problems. Use "The Method" for creating your own custom merge patch.
