Moving my new vegas/fo3 installs to a new drive

Ive got TTW installed on my main drive through mo2, and fnv/fo3 installed on an external ssd. Would it be possible to move the fnv/fo3 installs to a different drive without fucking everything up? do those installs still matter for using TTW?
