Oh the damage rolloff is something else entirely, it's weapon condition that's also entirely different. The settings are still there, but they don't do anything. NV has a flat .2% damage per shot where it's , .3, .4, .5 and .6 percent of the weapon's damage per shot depending on melee/unarmed, guns, energy weapons and big guns in Fallout 3. You can enable this in JIPLN NVSE.
