No audio for broken steel

When i talk to the guy in the museum of history who gives the aqua cura during the broken steel dlc he has no voice. I have also noticed a few other people who have no voices but it seems to be just the dlc characters. If anyone could help that would be awesome. My load order is

You need to install the two TTW updates. You can get them in the TTW download page.
Install them in order: TTW 3.2.1 and then 3.2.2.

Thank you so much it worked! This mod is incredible because ive been trying to replay fallout 3 but everytime i play it 10 seconds later it stops responding but now i can finally play fallout 3! Thank you!

Now that the problem is fixed I seem to be experiencing more crashes than usual. What would you recommend I do

Install NVAC and NVTF. Don't use NVSR.
