Any mods to make all power armour big?

Titans of the New West doesn't work for FO3 armour and with Power Armour Scaling, some power armour sets just change sizes back to default.

It seems the author of 'Titans of the West' gave permission to convert it to other games.
If we wait, someone could fix the player scaling bug and East Coast Enclave armors too.

Very late response aside, try out Enlarge your PA by Zebumper on the nexus. it's an advanced and modern form of the power armor scaling mod that nobody knows about because it looks like a joke on the outside. Fully configurable, and also adds power armor sounds.
