Hi,
I hope you're all well!

I am playing TTW 3.3.2 on Hard / Hardcore (with several mods but re-balancing wise only using JSawyer Ultimate).
It seems like that even when I have more than 200 rads that would usually cause Minor Radiation Poisoning, I don't experience any S.P.E.C.I.A.L. penalties.
Similarly when crippled, even both arms or legs, I don't experience any aiming or movement penalties.
Obviously, no penalties appear on my PipBoy as would normally do.

Any ideas?

EDIT: This is not a bug. JSawyer mods alter the threshold to 400, 600, 800, DEATH.

Hi again,

Eventually this is not a bug.
JSawyer mods (SawyerBatty and JSUE included) change the threshold to 400, 600, 800, DEATH.
