Ok so i've followed all the tutorials to a T, but when i launch fallout new vegas, it always stays frozen at the title screen, while that god awful main theme never stops playing.

Launching from the fallout launcher is the only way i can get the game to the title screen. Launching via the actual fallout executable or nvse results in an instant crash.
I'm really at a loss on what to do here.

First off, TTWYUP is missing, second, YUP is not compatible and hence why TTWYUP is a thing.
