New(ish) to TTW

I just decided to try TTW again after a few years but I'm having trouble getting it to run. I'm installing it on windows 10 with steam versions of FO3 goty and FOnv all dlc. I'm not using any mod managers. The Install seems to work fine I follow the instructions from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHXIEGtP2Hw&t=55s but when I go to start the game it crashes before the main menu can completely load. I figure its something stupid I'm missing but if anyone has any insight it would be appreciated.

This is an easy fix.

Run the default new vegas launcher, press the Data Files button, when the menu appears, make sure all ESM's are ticked.

Ahhh, I wasn't checking it after the install. Thanks for the assist!
