Now I'm not asking about a comprehensive list of all the mods on the Nexus. But there are a few mods I've grown fond of over the years. Most of the mods on Roy's list are either pure FO3 mods that have been converted, or FNV mods that touch content shared by both wastelands (mainly gear). I have a short list of a few, I was hoping someone might know more about. I tried a Google search but most of the results I found were from the 2.9.4 days.
* Autumn Leaves - best quest mod I ever played.
* The Courier's Cache - I only use this on Wild Wasteland runs, as its a bit silly, but I like the look of the gear, and the player home.
* Willow - yeah yeah, waifus... i don't care about her romance quest. I like her color commentary on events, and that she's the Only Sane Companion.
* Afterschool Special & New Bison Steve by Mike Hancho - another two staples. I expect they won't be, due to how complicated they seem to be, but I figured I'd ask.
* PushToWin's gameplay mods - i know he dropped a patch for JSUE but I tend to use a lot of his mods on regular New Vegas. I figure the answer is a big NO but again, no harm in asking.
* EDIT: An Improved Lucky 38 Suite - an improvement (duh) to the vanilla suite rather than a complete replacer.

All of those mods are compatible, but the quest mods may need some dialogue conditions merged/patched.
PTWBs mods are fine mostly, I use the inventory sorter myself. However the TTW patch for JSUE has issues and causes crashed on containers where stimpaks have been altered.

Okay, I'll take a gander at them in xEdit, see what jumps out.
RE: JSUE Patch: ouch, really? Dammit. JSUE is a must-have for me. *ponders if its worth it*
EDIT: Seems the issue is only in Point Lookout, and the Expired Stimpacks can be disabled in the MCM, to boot, so the mod itself is still viable. Thanks for the heads up!
I left one off: An Improved Lucky 38 Suite - no not the big one with the sorting and ton of bugs. Its a smaller one that just makes the existing one better.

Willow works just fine. Both of Mike's mods work fine as well.

*nod* xEdit looked largely clear, too. Most major conflicts were with Lighting.
New Bison Steve did seem to have some conflicts which FPGE, but honestly, I rarely finish the main quest so it shouldn't matter.
