Issues regarding updating from v3.2 to v3.2.1

Since I've tried multiple times to get it to work with no avail, I've come here.

The issue is the installer not detecting some "TTW Fallout3 - Meshes.bsa" file, which has puzzled me

I'd really appreciate help for this, I can't get it to work at all.
