Broken steel is missing some of the voices

Went into Old Olney underground, the 2 ghouls were mute in their dialogue and would only speak with the generic battle voicelines (I'm hit!, etc). Brotherhood of steel initiates/paladins are also missing some of their generic voicelines, "what do you need?" being one of them. Searched for the issue in the forums, but the only thing I found was something about adding "dc" to the end of each folder with the word "generic" in them, which didn't solve my problem, and there were only 2 folders that came up anyway (female/malegenericghoul). I also extracted the BrokenSteel - Main.bsa (both the original fallout 3 one and the one in my TTW folder) to my data folder, not sure whether that matters or not. I do not think that every single voiceline is missing since Elder Lyons and Rothchild were actually speaking to me after the game's original ending.

Edit: Solved, had to download the incremental files, sorry about that.

Have the same problem, which is that most of the npcs from the broken steel dlc are missing all of their voice lines. i've already downloaded and installed both of the incremental updates, so I have no idea what i have to fix

JIP NVSE is probably out of date and you need xNVSE too.
