A question about an older post

In here it says that there'd be a fallout 3/new vegas leveled list integration, was this added already or did I miss something? I'm asking because I wanted to use the mod Weapons of the Wasteland which seems to do exactly what that post says, but that mod has been the cause of most of my crashes.

I see, thanks. I haven't updated my TTW version before, but when 3.3 does get released, will I have to start a new game and have a clean install of both games again?
