FO3 and FNV Vurts and NME-I may be doing this wrong, but it's working?

I wasn't sure about my ability to convert stuff to FNV/Tale of Two Wastelands so I just installed Wasteland in Bloom, Vurts for both FNV and FO3, and unticked the box to disable the FO3 esp. Then I installed the NME small/performance packs for both games, letting FNV override the FO3 version, and set bForceFullLOD=1 in my FalloutCustom.ini.

I now have Mojave-style foliage in the DC area (which I'm fine with), and a mix of mostly green trees, with a few dead ones here and there. Don’t know what the Mojave will look like yet, because I haven’t hopped on the train to go west and become Courier 6 yet, but I’m guessing it’ll be pretty sweet.

Oh, I also have iStewieAI’s tweaks and yvileapsis’s “Assorted mods assembled” installed, and edited the Level100PerkPerLevel esp to cap out at 90 instead of 100, to avoid the well known 3-digit crash bug. Everything is running smoothly so far.

You can set the max level and levelsperperk with stewies tweaks too and you don't need an esp.

DOH! Thanks, man. One less ESP in my load order, and fewer ESPs is always a good thing. I saw that in the ini file, and for some reason (tramadol, perhaps lol) forgot about it until you said something. I swear I'd forget my own ass if my gf didn't remind me to keep it glued on tight. Also, the reason the post explains what TTW is, is because I just copied and pasted most of it from my Tumblr post about it.

I saw a package to blend FO3 and FNV NME for TTW, but does that really serve any purpose, since it seems to work fine to just install both texture packs?

At some point I'll have to generate LOD for this, I guess (DLed the stuff to do so, but had a crisis of confidence about what to do if I screw it up), but for now, the worst that's happening is that occasionally a cactus pops up right next to me, and I can live with that.
